Tavern Salad

The house salad, and the one most people build on. Mixed greens, tomatoes, cucumbers, shredded carrot, black olives and red onion, dressed with miso vinaigrette.

Add chicken, steak, salmon or shrimp and it stops being a side and becomes lunch. The salmon is what most people go with, grilled and set on top rather than chopped through, so it stays hot against cold greens.

Nine dressings: miso vinaigrette, balsamic vinaigrette, blue cheese, ranch, honey mustard, cucumber dill, thousand island, ponzu vinaigrette or Caesar.
