Shaved Prime Rib, Provolone, Sauteed Onions, Creamy Horseradish Sauce, Au Jus, Toasted Hoagie Roll
We roast prime rib on Friday and Saturday. This is how you get it the other five days. Shaved thin, piled onto a toasted hoagie roll, provolone melted over the top, sauteed onions underneath.
Creamy horseradish on the sandwich, au jus on the side for dipping. Add mushrooms if you want them. Choice of side.
