Grouper Tacos

Gulf grouper, fried to order. Grouper holds up to the fryer better than most white fish, which is why it is worth paying for instead of defaulting to tilapia.

Cabbage and red onion for crunch, cilantro, avocado, chipotle mayo, southwest sour cream and salsa verde. Lime squeezed over the top. The lime is not a garnish. Use it. Blackened or grilled on request.
