Pimento cheese instead of a slice of American. Bacon, chipotle mayo, arugula, pickled onions cutting through the middle of it so the whole thing does not sit heavy.

All four burgers are 8 oz USDA prime chuck and come with your choice of side. If you want the straightforward one, the Tavern Burger is lettuce, tomato, onion and brioche. The Butcher is the one to get when you came in hungry.
