BBQ Chicken Nachos

Most nacho plates are a pile of chips with everything good sitting on top and nothing underneath. Ours are built in layers, which is the only way a plate of nachos survives past the first two minutes.

Corn tortilla chips, pulled chicken and house made BBQ sauce, shredded cheese and queso, with black bean and corn salsa, pickled jalapenos and green onions over the top.

It comes out big. Order it for the table, order it at the bar, or order it as dinner if that is the kind of night you are having. Nobody here is going to say anything.
